We ordered extra small for my daughter and we got a size 2. Not sure why they don’t just lift these shorts in the numerical size that they come with. We bought it for a spirit day costume and the color was bright and the fit was cute and the price was right.Review from spouse: I was on a mission to find running shorts. This is one of three pairs ( from different brands) that I kept (out of 9 pairs I tried on, including Under Armour). The color is like in model images. The waist band is very snug but not uncomfortable. I guess depending on the weight range and the circumference of your waist, as long as you get your reasonable size, it should be fine. I wanted running shorts that once I put them on, I can run and do my workouts without having to fidget or worry about the shorts again the entire session (with the exceptionof pickingmy own wedgies lol). These shorts deliver just that with full range of motion. The material is light weight and airy without being see through. There's a white brief liner that the model images don't show for some reason.I gave this pair 4 stars for the following reasons. First, the liner is white. It's comfortable. However, I would personally prefer liners that are the same color and the shorts themselves. White liners look awkward if they show (although they don't really show). I don't remember the description telling you what color the liner was gonna be apart from the fact that there's a liner. Second, in the model images, the shorts look really streamlined like they've been ironed/ pressed. The actual shorts look and feel more fluffy, like you're wearing a flower. They crease and wrinkle more than the model images show. I received them like that, and after a couple of washes and air drying, they still look like that.I happened to wipe my sweaty hands on them so I learned that they show sweat marks. However, you have to really really get them wet to see cause they dry pretty quickly. I have had no problem with awkward sweat marks so far.Apart from the reasons I mentioned why I gave 4 stars, these shorts are still pretty comfortable and practical with fun colors. I got Small. I'm 5"3, 27-28 inch waist, 35 inch hips, 118-120 lbs.Super cute trendy shorts that fit great everywhere but are slightly tighter on the waist band than I was expecting. I am 5ft and 135 pounds, athletic build and got a medium.I got a size xsmall and I am a size 4 in lulu if that’s a helpful reference. These are super nice quality and so cute. I love them so much totally recommendComfy & nice to wear in our Florida weather.I would say these fit the same as lulu shorts but for half the price. Would definitely recommend!So soft. I need these in more colors. These are perfect for summer or for Florida in general. Pockets make them functional too!they run big but the color is pretty
