These shorts are decent. Not my favorite with the position of the pockets being so far forward, but they will do the job. (I am 5'4", a 36C bust, 180-lbs, normally wear a size medium or 10-12 in ladies clothing, have a 32" waist and 42" hips)The fabric seems to be durable and the zippers are good quality as is the stitching. Like most of the hiking shorts of this style, they are not the most attractive shorts but do dry quickly. Since I am going backpacking I needed a new pair of shorts to make water crossing easier and keep me cooler with the summer heat. I am not keen on super short shorts for hiking and these have a good length, coming to just above my knees.I expected the fabric to be a little softer from the photos, with some stretch, but that is not the case. These feel very much like a guys swimsuit material, lower end. I ordered an XL based on the sizing guide and it fit as expected - use the sizing guide and not your usual size. These shorts were a bit of a weird fit on me. I am 5'7" and 155lbs. I normally wear between a M and L and I got these in a L based on the sizing chart. The waistband was a bit tighter than I normally like. The pockets are kind of in a weird place as well, but the zippers work well. The material is okay but feels more like men's swimming trunks material than a good breathable athletic material. My biggest complaint is that they bagged really weird in the crotch area. I ended up giving them to my husband and they fit him just fine. He's been using them for running and they aren't his favorite but they work okay for that.Decent quality shorts, the fit just wasn't for me.These shorts are awesome! I am 5'9" and weigh about 225lbs and I usually wear an XL, but I ordered a XXL thinking if they are a little big it would be fine because they have a draw string which could be used to tie them tighter. They actually fit pretty well. They are a bit longer than the shorts I typically wear, stopping a few inches above my knee, but this is actually quite nice because you don't need to worry about chafing. My daughter who is 5'4", 240lbs also tried them on for a day and said they fit her really well too; they come down just above her knee. These are a really light weight and cooling fabric. But the best part is the pockets. I got these because my family loves to go to the amusement parks and these shorts are perfect for that. They have four pockets, all of which have zippers. The zippers are not large but they seem really sturdy and secure; I think they will hold up for a long time. I have an old Galaxy S8 in an flip case with a built-in wallet and I can fit my phone into all of the 4 of the pockets with the zipper closed! These are not your typical "girl" shorts. I am so excited to finally have something I can wear to the park and know that my belongings are going to be safe on any ride, even the big coasters, without having to ask my husband to put everything in his cargo shorts.Bought these to wear over my padded bicycle shorts and they do the job!Made of a nice feeling, lightweight material that is quick to dry.Lots of pockets with zippers to keep stuff from falling out while biking. And I like the longer length too.I'm quite happy with these $24 shortsThese are great for working in the garden or around the house, but I wouldn't want anyone to see me with them on. They're sloppy looking and the elastic waist cinches so tightly that they puff out below the band making my butt and stomach look huge and lumpy (they are neither.)they are not the most flattering pair of shorts I ever had but they are comfortable and lightThese shorts are a really good length and are cute, I like them but they are warmer than I had hoped. I thought they would breathe some but that's not the case, at least not in this Texas heat. They are a bit large but still fit. I like them, I don't love them.I love everything about these hiking shorts. The fit, the color, the different zip compartments. I especially like how cool they are, and I mean temp, they are cool looking too.
