These shorts are very comfortable. They are a stretchy quick dry material like running shorts with a swimsuit bottom attached. The pockets are actually good size and came fit my phone. I ordered a medium which is my usual size (6-8 size pants) and the shorts were not too tight on my legs which is sometimes a problem for me. I wish the waist band had more tummy control, it’s a little too soft and stretchy. Maybe size down if you are in between sizes.
