For geographical reasons, I buy my clothes and most other things on line. I hike every day, and go to the gym three days a week, and need clothes that will hold up, not bind, and look decent. I am 5"8" tall, weigh 215 pounds, and it is hard to guess at sizes online, so often I go back and forth on returns. I ordered two pair of these short, in blue and raspberry (pink) and was THRILLED to find they fit perfectly from the get go. I've been wearing them hiking and to the gym, and they are very comfortable in our heat and look great. The number, capacity and security of the pockets ensures my larger size cell phone is protected, my keys don't fall out, and my iPod stays in a pocket with the zipper allowing the headphones cord to emerge. I am considering ordering at least one more pair, as I have earned that once I find something that works SO WELL, I'd best stock up against future unavailability. Finally, they are the only shorts/pants I hike I that don't need a belt to keep them up, even with phone, keys, etc. in the pockets (I put the phone in a leg pocket, which helps). So far they are sturdy, lightweight, and holding up well.
