Insulated with 650-fill down, the Niobe uses block quilting and careful distribution for maximum thermal efficiency with minimal weight. Of course, that it fits great and looks good too certainly helps! Made with 1.9-ounce nylon taffeta shell fabric, the Niobe Jacket has an ikat print lining (or shell) for fun. An internal zippered security pocket that doubles as a stuff sack and an internal stretch mesh pocket are particularly useful features for the backcountry.
