I have a pair of Phoebe shorts in size 10,which are now too big ? and I wanted exactly the same shorts in size 8 because they’re really comfortable and look great. I got these Kavu Phoebe shorts because the photo is exactly like the ones I have. BUT, they are NOT the same shorts. The material is lighter and the fit is different - a little straighter in the leg. They’re still nice shorts but I was disappointed that weren’t as nice as the size 10 ones.Sturdy chino material. The color is a little darker than shown on my monitor. Shorts stretch out a bit with wear. Think sailing, gardening.These fit great. It’s vanity sizing so I normally wear a 6 but got these in a 4 amd they’re perfect.a bit tight for me around the waist. but very comfortable thru the legs. liked the color.Wonderfully comfy, they are very soft. Fit perfect. If you have a big rear these are not for you.These were supposedly the same as another pair I purchased from this brand from Backcountry (same product name), but these are a stiff, unyielding fabric (unlike the Kavu Phoebe shorts sold on Backcountry.Loved these so much when I tried them on. After 20 minutes of wearing them they were so stretched out I could pull them off without unbuttoning. So bummed because they had such promise!!!fit perfect they are nice
