I was skeptical but they are stretchy and very comfortableIt seemed to fit just a little too tight across my lower back but it could be because of my scoliosis. Just other shorts are better than this pair incomfort and fit in that area.I went by reviews and got a medium. It was too big and way too long in crotch. I did like the way it looked besides the crotch. I returned it and took a chance on buying the small. The small fit much better in the rise, (no man parts) but a little short in length and tighter in waist. I am 28 in waist and 38.5 in the hips. I have curvy thighs and it fit very comfortable in thighs and was very comfortable due to the stretch. I probably won’t be able to dry these because then my butt cheeks would be hanging out. As for now it fits just right.These are surprisingly very comfy and soft. They fit me nicely and I'm a bit of a thiccy haha.Love the stretchy waist. She said they are somewhat stretchy and pretty comfortable, they are very flattering.I normally wear a 8,10, or 12 depending on the brand and comfort level I want. I’m 5 2 and about 165. They stretch really well and side cut on the legs are perfect for thick thighs. Large Khaki - First buy- They fit a little loose, but are comfortable. The medium would have worked too. I definitely recommend these.I then bought 3 more pairs of different color and sizes.Large - 01 blue Jean - these fit a lot smaller than the khaki, but they also seemed longer.Medium - army green - these are about the same as the large dark blueMedium- navy - smallestI would say if your ordering Army Green or Khaki it’s okay to size down. If you are ordering 01 Blue or Navy order as usual or size up.It is exactly as advertised and expected. Very flattering and great stretch
