I’m a 30-32 inch waist, I’m 6’ the XL ones fit me pretty foot with extra room. I like to wear them alil baggy and roll them up.I'm a professional fighter and i needed some new training shorts and i never got to train with them. instead i wore them for my title fight since i really liked the way they fit and looked on me. Overall I can recommend this brand for everyone. I own a couple of different color sets for training and some for fighting.
